Q. Do you take refunds/order cancellations?

A. No, unfortunately the slime will be unsanitary if you return it and will not be resealable. I do not take order cancellations, all sales are final.

Q. My slime isn't fitting in the container anymore!

A. Your slime has inflated! That is caused by air bubbles getting trapped inside the slime and making it bigger. To deflate, keep squeezing the bubbles and if not returned to original size, keep it in an extra container and let it sit for 3-5 days.

Q. What is the white powder that came with my order?

A. That is borax. Do not eat it. Go to the Slime Care section for more information on what to do with the borax.

Slime Care

Sticky Slime? Scoop 1/2 of a tablespoon of borax into half a cup of water and slowly apply a bit of the solution at a time until the slime is at your desired texture. Keep the extra borax in case the slime melts again as it is almost summer.

Stiff Slime? Take your slime and slowly pour hot water on the slime. Keep repeating until the slime melts down to a texture you like.
